Where It All Began
Being vegan for over 30 years, it is challenging when shopping at the regular supermarkets.
While I would find a few items, there just wasn’t a variety of choices in the vegan and gluten-free lane items. I wanted something more than the quinoa and couscous.
Also, I would have to read the ingredients to ensure it did not contained eggs or animal buy-products, for other items. This can be quite frustrating.
I’ve heard the same sort of stories from other friends and colleagues who are also vegan or require gluten –free products.
I thought it would be ideal to have a ‘one-stop-shop’ where all the products are vegan and /or gluten free and there are lots of options to choose from.
The Vegan Boutique offers a wide range of vegan, gluten-free and dairy free options for breakfast, baking (cakes, breads etc.) pastas and snacks. Products also include organic sugars and sweetener alternatives, low carb and Keto options.
